What Is A Member?A member of Central Christian Center is a person who has committed themselves to the ministry, mission and community of the church. A member is someone who has acknowledged Jesus Christ as their personal saviour. We believe it is the Holy Spirit who specifically calls every person to a church, and we believe the members of this church are here to add to this body of believers. How Do I Become A Member? Our membership process begins with simply filling out a membership application card. Then, our member applicants are required to participate in our New Members Orientation class. Online Membership Application What Is A "New Members Orientation class"?This class gives the new member a brief overview of the doctrines of our church. But the most important thing that happens for new members is that they have an opportunity to get plugged into the church. New members are introduced to their deacon as well as several other deacons. And they are introduced to the ministry staff of the church. This gives our new members a sense of belonging and an idea of the ministry opportunities available to them, which every Christian is called to. When is the New Members Orientation class? The class is held the last Sunday of every month, in the Fellowship Hall at 5:00 PM (Unless otherwise announced) |
